Apple Black Rot Detection: XAI Pipeline
Diagnostic pipeline to identify Apple Black Rot using VGG-16 deep feature extraction. Compares Fisher Discriminant Analysis vs Difference-of-Means, with Sensitivity Analysis generating pixel-wise heatmaps to validate model focus on pathological regions.
